Looking for a special gift to loved one. There is the wonderful linup to spend your day to choose. This is the Japanese version of Etsy.

iichi’s operating company is located in Japanese old city “Kamakura” Kanagawa pref. (1 hour away from Tokyo) In fact a lot of artists/writers/粋人(SUIJIN meaning “a would-be man of the world) as well as my grand parents reside in the area. One of the features is that icci offers workshop to make by ourselves too, which is nice!

I love the place and people.  The founder is from one of my circle.

    I can’t believe how many Japanese crafters don’t use Etsy, it must be that the postage and language barrier makes prevents a lot of artists from selling abroad.

      Agree, both might be a big challenge. I guess E-commerce needs to be customized for Japanese Market like Amazon JP…
