JP:New way of looking for Job “Wantedly”

The Social Recruting Service site “Wantedly” offers committed matchmaking between job seekers and employers. By focusing on not “what you do” but “whom you work with”, your vocation and your dream team can be found. you can register on facebook easily. The female CEO of Wantedly is a Kyoto Uni graduate with experience at Goldman Sachs and Facebook. No registration fee is required. Recruiters can post own prejects such as luch meeting, hackathon… Job seekers join one of their interesting projects and find out mutually. Very simple but reduce mismatch in finding the right person/organization.
