Wajya is “技” (“Waza” in Japanese) in Okinawan. Waza (技) represents skills. Wajya in Okinawa  means rather occupation. In Okinawa people who work for the living surrounded in given environment with Wajya are called Wajymchaa(技人). Wajya based in happy islands Okinawa introduces the ideas of Future work style which makes people happy.
