JP: Find your true calling “Shigoto Hyakka”

Have you found your true calling? In Japan it is very hard to find the one. Job hunting for high-school or college students is a part of social system. They are somehow manipulated by ranking of the most wanted companies or media. Few people know what they want to do for life right after graduation. Here is alternate job hunting board. Unlike other job hunting board, no company comes first. It is all about what you probably do at job and what company tries to tell like a nice heartwarming story. No big company is listed here. Most of the jobs are cultural, local and communal. This media is called Shigoto Hyakka meaning job department or a hundred jobs.
